The vessel 'Cat Balou' is a stable 15 metre catamaran capable of traveling at 12 knots. It has two decks with uninterrupted viewing. The bottom deck has enclosed seating for 44 passengers (in case of wet weather) plus a large covered back deck with seating. The open upper deck seats 24 passengers. There are two toilets on board and the vessel has limited wheelchair access.
On all cruises a live informative commentary is given and refreshments includes. Cat Balou is equipped with dolphin/whale cam for underwater viewing and hydrophone to enable passengers to hear whales singing.
