This agricultural show is held annually over three days. Events include: Local produce, arts and crafts, a shearing competition, Demolition Derby, Beaut Ute Competition and much more. Horse events and a rodeo is also conducted. Side show alley is always fun with many rides and general entertainment. Fireworks on Saturday night at 9.15pm.

Great Inland Fishing Festival is three days of fishing held at the magnificent Copeton Dam based on Catch and Release. The Festival offers more than $20,000 in prizes and cash, including the $1000 Club Challenge. All anglers are eligible to take out the title of Australian Inland Fishing Champion with $1000 in prize money. There's also the Fisherman's Dream Raffle with a boat, trailer, Yamaha Motor and all the safety gear.. www.inverell-online.com.au
