The Sussex Inlet Annual Family Fishing Carnival is a fishing competition in which all the family can participate in, with over $30,000 in valuable prizes including cash to be won. Free admission to great family day at the Susses Inlet Lions Club Annual Country Fair. There will be carnival rides, delicious food stalls, amusement and entertainment for all!

Navy Helicopter Rescue display, Ambulance and Bush Fire Brigade displays will be a major attraction for children and those interested in joining the Navy or becoming a Paramedic. Marine Services traffic control will be on standby. Sussex Inlet Dragon Boat Club will also have a display.

Jervis Bay and Sussex Inlet Surf School is an ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors) accredited surf school, and abide by the high international standards for surf school operations.

The school provides surfing lessons and surf awareness, private or group lessons - visiting pristine beaches in the Jervis Bay and Sussex Inlet area.
