Tasmania is a very special part of Australia, with its pristine and superb natural environment - a landscape that is at times redolent of the gentle English countryside and at others wild and distinctly Australian; it has a pervasive sense of history, along with a growing reputation for artisan wines and produce and of course, it offers a wonderful contrast to mainland holidays. 120 Goulburn Street West Hobart This converted church is distinctive in style and the musical welcome you receive from the owners – along with the amazing interior – really sets this property apart. Overall rating? Excellent What makes Pendragon Hall different? It is very rare to be able to sleep inside a genuine old church. Waking up to the sunlight streaming through the enormous stained glass windows was magical and the 25m high ceilings give a sense of space you would never have experienced before.
