Venue: 1 Barolin Street, Corner Quay Street Bundaberg Queensland
Dates: From Wed 17 Sep 08 To Sun 26 Oct 08

Leading Danish artist Olafur Eliasson invites people to construct an art work from more than 300 kilograms of white Lego building blocks. The Queensland Art Gallery is bringing Eliasson's interactive art work The Cubic Structural Evolution Project to Bundaberg, from the 17 September until the 26 October.

This participatory art work will see a 300 kilogram pile of Lego transformed into an ever-changing cityscape environment. The art work evolves on a daily basis and the resulting metropolis offers endless possibilities, limited only by the imagination of the participants. Popular with visitors of all ages, the work is a highlight from the Queensland Art Gallery's International collection.
