Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, Shady Creek Rustic cabin is hidden away amongst Mudgee’s amazing wine country. Shady Creek is the perfect place to escape, chill out and get away, with a book or a bottle of wine. Leave the kids behind, or bring them and send them down to the creek for a spot of cricket, a swing, or just to explore the wonders the bush has to offer.

What makes Shady Creek different?
Shady Creek is a pet-friendly, self-contained spacious cabin with loads of space to run.   Pets are provided with bowls, balls, frisbees and tie ropes to keep them amused and entertained.

Accommodation overview
The cabin is self-contained with one queen and one double bedroom and plenty of floor space for extra mattresses if need be. There is a double pull-out sofa in the lounge room.

Inside, the cabin is spacious with an open plan lounge and kitchen area, large bathroom and composting toilet.

As the name says, it’s ‘rustic’, but a fabulous spot to get away.

Facilities
This peaceful hidden getaway has everything you could want for a great escape. Wide open spaces to run free with your furry friend or set back and enjoy the solitude of the bush from your own deck. Equipped with your own BBQ, the deck is positioned high above the river plain.

The owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs, even arranging the services of a local babysitter on our request.  Shady Creek Cabins offers fantastic service above the level anyone could expect.

Located on a secluded rural property just 15 minutes drive from Mudgee down the Hill End Road.
