The cottage is in the lovely seaside village of Berrara, and is right opposite the lagoon, which is a safe and delightful place for children to swim. It is only a short walk to the inlet and the pristine beaches of Berrara. The lagoon also offers canoeing and fishing. The house is adjacent to the national park, which provides for very interesting walks and cycling.

It is a clean and comfortable cottage in an outstanding location, and perfect for a stress-free holiday where you want to wind down and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
Accommodation overview
There are three bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed, another with a double bed and the third room has a set of bunk beds and two singles. Linen isn’t supplied so bring your own sheets, pillows and towels. All the rooms are freshly painted and well appointed.
Facilities overview
There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, TV/CD, gas BBQ and the garage has plenty of room to store canoes, bikes, windsurfers and the like. There is one bathroom, however the laundry is also equipped with a shower and toilet. The living and dining areas have comfortable, quality furniture and the cottage has a lovely ambience.
Location
Berrara Beach Cottage is about three hours from Sydney, near Sussex Inlet on the south coast of NSW, and only a short drive from Jervis Bay.

A family looking for a break with a choice of activities including national park, surf, lagoon and boating (the boat ramp is nearby). It is an ideal location and offers plenty of things for kids to do, including a nearby park. The lagoon is also great for fishing.
Why stay longer?
To enjoy the serenity, clarity of the air and the chance to relax in a beautiful part of Australia. There are plenty of things to do if you want to be active, or just enjoy wandering down to the beach or lagoon for a dip in the pristine waters. Nearby Swan Lake is suitable for water skiing and smaller sail craft, and has a safe beach for children to swim.
Why you wouldn’t stay longer?
I can’t think of a reason you would want to leave!
