The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival has become 'South Australia's leading regional arts festival'. It celebrates the literary and arts heritage of Penola and the fine wines of Coonawarra and our premium regional produce and will feature and exciting number of events, workshops and performances. 2010 will see the nineteenth such festival in our community and the seventh under the Penola Coonawarra name.
