Old world charm – with all the mod cons.
This lovely B&B has a wonderful view of Sandy Bay, a gorgeous garden and is only 5 minutes from Hobart, making it the perfect base for an exploration of all the city has to offer.

What makes Twenty Red Chapel different?
The lovely tranquil setting in a pretty suburban location on top of a hill and the welcoming and helpful hosts made this a very enjoyable place to stay, with all the comforts of home and none of the responsibilities. Could easily have stayed longer!

Perfect for
Relaxing on the outside deck and enjoying the view of the bay and the sights and sounds of the beautiful garden. It is perfect for any group, but would be ideal accommodation for a family
Why stay longer?
The atmosphere of the property was really welcoming and made me relax into holiday mode very quickly. It is a great base from which to explore Hobart and surrounds, such as the Salamanca Markets and Battery Point area.
Why you wouldn’t stay longer?
The accommodation is not totally separate from the house, which may make some people feel they are lacking privacy. On a short stay this wasn’t an issue and in fact the hostess, Lynne, was very helpful and a fount of local knowledge.
