This 1884 heritage-listed building is in the centre of the theatre district and gives you a sense of history, along with all the convenience and service you could ask for.

This serviced apartment is perfectly located to take in the very best of everything that Melbourne has to offer, and does it from inside a gorgeous classified building.

Accommodation overview
There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite, and a double sofa bed in the lounge room.

Facilities overview
The one bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, and you can choose to eat in at the restaurant, or wander down to Victoria’s Market and select from the amazing array of fruit and vegetables and gourmet foodstuffs, and create your own masterpiece in the kitchen, or use the BBQ alongside the pool.

There is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board, microwave and dishwasher and wireless internet is available (through the hotel for an additional charge).

The apartment has TV/DVD and DVDs are supplied for your use.  There is an outdoor heated pool and gym and sauna.

Location
100m from the centre of Melbourne and 22 km to Tullamarine Airport.

A romantic weekend in Melbourne, a shopping trip with friends or a weekend showing the kids the city.  The city centre position means you are close to theatres, cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops.  This apartment would suit couples, small families and business people.

To make the most of the myriad attractions of Melbourne … and because there is no such thing as too much shopping!

You need to return to work … or felt shopped-out.
